 - 100 calorie bag of popcorn
 - 1 1/2 cup strawberries with 3 tablespoons of Cool Whip
 - 5 dark chocolate Hershey Kisses
 - 18 Pretzels
 - Cucumber with sea salt
 - One cup of frozen grapes
 - 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek Yogurt with a dash of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey
 - 25 pistachios
 - Freeze individual cups of applesauce
 - 1/2 English muffin with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and three slices cucumber
 - Four slices of turkey rolled up and dipped in 2 teaspoons honey mustard
 - Eight almonds, four chocolate chips, 1 tbsp raisins
 - One cup raw spinach 1/2 cup sliced strawberries 1 tbsp balsamic
