Healthy Recipe: Noodle Omelet
Ingredients (4 portions):2 eggs, beaten
25 mi dry
50 g small shrimp, peeled, chopped
3 pieces (25 g) shiitake mushrooms, sliced ½ cm
30 g mixed vegetables
2 red onions
salt
pepper
cooking oil
How to make:Saute onion until fragrant
