Spinach protects eyes from various eye diseases. Spinach is also protects the eyes from cataracts. Broccoli not only improves vision and also prevents the eyes from cataracts. Broccoli contains lutein, zeaxanthin and a large dose of vitamin C. they are very good for the eye lens.

Eggs are very good for the eyes. Eggs contain sulfur, lutein, cysteine very useful amino-acids. They also prevent cataract formation. Salmon and sardines foods contain a lot of omega-3 fatty acids which have a positive effect on the vision. Fish is the main source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Fruits like kiwis, oranges, blueberries contain a full of vitamin C. As you know vitamin C reduces free radicals in our body which can have a negative effect on the vision. Food containing vitamins are good for healthy eyes, try eating green leafy vegetables daily.

Vitamin C = Jeruk= Antioksidan=Herbal

Untuk memperoleh manfaat yang maksimal, tampaknya makan buah segar memang lebih baik tinimbang makan/ minum vitamin saja. Baru-baru ini, para peneliti di University of Milan, Itali, membuktikannya.

Mereka membandingkan efek antioksidan yang ditunjukan oleh sampel darah para sukarelawan. Masing-masing sukarelawan minum 1 dari 3 zat berikut: jus jeruk, air plus vitamin C dan air plus gula. Ternyata, sample darah dari sukarelawan yang minum jus jeruk memperlihatkan kerusakan DNA paling sedikit! Sementara itu, air plus vitamin C dianggap tidak memberi perlindungan terhadap kerusakan DNA akibat oksidasi. Waah…itulah keunggulan kealamian obat herbal
