Eggs are very good for the eyes. Eggs contain sulfur, lutein, cysteine very useful amino-acids. They also prevent cataract formation. Salmon and sardines foods contain a lot of omega-3 fatty acids which have a positive effect on the vision. Fish is the main source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Fruits like kiwis, oranges, blueberries contain a full of vitamin C. As you know vitamin C reduces free radicals in our body which can have a negative effect on the vision. Food containing vitamins are good for healthy eyes, try eating green leafy vegetables daily.
