  1. Greek yogurt + 1/4 cup of berries or 6 almonds
  2. Veggies and light ranch dip
  3. 1 serving veggie salsa with toasted whole-wheat bread or pita chips
  4. 1/2 cup sugar snap peas dipped in 1/3 cup hummus
  5. 1/2 ounce dark chocolate with 4 slivered almonds
  6. Sliced apples with peanut or almond butter
  7. Two hard boiled eggs with crackers
  8. 100 calorie bag of popcorn
  9. 1 1/2 cup strawberries with 3 tablespoons of Cool Whip
  10. 5 dark chocolate Hershey Kisses
  11. 18 Pretzels 
  12. Cucumber with sea salt
  13. One cup of frozen grapes
  14. 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek Yogurt with a dash of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey
  15. 25 pistachios
  16. Freeze individual cups of applesauce
  17. 1/2 English muffin with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and three slices cucumber
  18. Four slices of turkey rolled up and dipped in 2 teaspoons honey mustard
  19. Eight almonds, four chocolate chips, 1 tbsp raisins
  20. One cup raw spinach 1/2 cup sliced strawberries 1 tbsp balsamic
